After reviewing Prop 66, I can't tell if the passing of the law will directly affect my husbands release date. My husband is in prison now on a Violent Crime. He received an enhancement for a prior non-violent offense. So instead of serving two years, he's serving 80% of a 4 year term and now has two strikes on his jacket. Help :confused:

It won't help him (only those sentence to 25 years to life will be eligible for resentencing)but IF he gets out and commits any little crime it won't put him away for twenty five years to life and maybe the strikes he already has won't be strikes anymore.
