I would like to hear from others who have either been in ADC or have loved ones in ADC on charges of Aggravated Robbery..how much time was received and how much actually done ? please tell me anything that is helpful in a case like this...thanks so much...

My husband is in on agg. robbery charges. He was sentenced to 15 years in 1997. In Jan. he will be locked up for 8 years. He has to do 10 1/2 straight but our clemency looks GREAT! He may be home before next summer. If it does fall through he wont be home until July '07

well my ex-husband was supposed to have aggravated robbery but someway it got dropped to just robbery & they gave him 20 yrs with 13 suspended which was 7 yrs. all together. So they sentenced him to 14 months but he's in there already over a yr.

In 1992, I was arrested for aggravated robbery. I committed 3 robberies in less than a week. When the police learned of my location and since I live in Texarkana, a bi-city, I was swarmed by Texas and Arkansas police because one of the robberies was on the Arkansas side, the other two on the Texas side).

I was convicted and sentenced to 30 years in Arkansas. I served 8.5 years of the 30 before heading to work release and made parole in September of 2000.

The amount of time one will serve varies.
