Hello I have a question :( (concerning Federal sentencing) If someone is convicted as a non violent first offender with no criminal background and is currently on "home arrest" for an internet crime such as downloading/distribution of child pornography and is supposed to get between 5-6yrs in the federal system when convicted, Is there any chance of requesting the time being done at a prision camp? Or concering this length of time, when would someone be considered eligable for a prision camp? Does "home arrest" time go towards your sentence time? Lastly, do prision camps offer a better chance to aquire "good time" or do they offer more. I think the Federal is about 54 days per "sentence year" right? Sorry for all these questions but they are important.
