:eek: OMG I can hardly believe it. My baby will be home in 30 days!! I thought we would never get to this point, but these last 30 days are going to kill me with anticipation.Not to mention everything I have to do in such a short time. He has to live in his own place while he goes through treatment on the outside and I rented the othere side of my double. I have been slowly getting it ready but now I have to work overtime to get it done. It is only half painted,theres border to hang, carpet to clean, furniture to move in, knick knacks to put up, pictures to hang, linnens to buy, utilities to turn on,food to buy,clothes to wash and fold and put away,plus plan for his first day home. I will never get it all done in time. I think I may just hyperventilate.
I may not survive the stress of all this but at least he will be home. I am so excited that my husabnd is coming home and wanted to share it. Thanks for listening and for all of your support.
Now I just have to get busy..... :eek: :eek: :D

Congratulations!!! Let me give you some advice: get some rest, drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins, don't forget to take care of yourself, the internal stress got to me and I ended up feverish and sick the day he came home, of course it was still a wonderful day but if I can save one person the trouble then I'm gonna keep on reminding you ladies with a man coming home soon to take care of yourselves!!!

Awww that is so sweet. It is going to be wonderful even if you dont get everything done like you want. I think you are very lucky that you were able to get him into a place next door to yours.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers and encouragement. I was able to get the painting done next door this weekend; finally. But now I have to get the carpet cleaned and start getting little things taken care of like furniture and trying to make it as homey as possible. I just can't wait for him to be home. We have our LAST visit this Sunday and then I get to pick him up 2 wks later. I am just bouncing with excitement!!

Believe everything Patty said!! Girl this last month will fly by toooooo fast!! I know it doesn't feel like it now, but believe someone who just went through it!! It will fly!!! So get alot and I mean alot of rest!!! During this time you want to prepare and get stuff ready we know, but try to get some me time...Cause' if you don't you will burn out...
But I am soooo excited for ya!!!!! Congrats girlie!! :D

LOL... I better not get sick before he gets home. That would be awful. We are gonna try to have another baby right away and being sick would definately take the fun out of it.
Anyone have any good ideas for a real nice first dinner I can pepare for his first night home? I have been trying to come up with something but I just can't. HELP!

Okay girls, this is it. Our LAST visit is tomorrow. Only 10 hrs and I will be visiting that awful prison for the last time. The next time I see him it will be on the outside of that compound and in my arms for good. Wish me luck tomorrow, I will need it not to fall apart. :)

Well the visit went great and I cried when I left. But the next time I see him it will be to bring him home. I was able to get next door together a little bit yesterday when I got home and the carpets get done tomorrow. Then I just have to get his stuff over there and do a little shopping. 2wks and 6 days and he will be home. I got to talk to him tonight, he called because it was my birthday.I just can't believe that his time is almost up.It seems to good to be true. I am so happy. :)

For those who are interested.. I was able to get the house done. It's totally ready for him.But Guess what?? I'm sick. I have a real bad cold on top of a sinus infection. He will be home in 13 days and I am sick. I always have trouble kicking these nasty little bugs too. I'm blaming the rapid weather change here. It went from in the 60's at night to the 30's and I hate to turn my heat on before November. Oh well, if I am sick he can take care of me and pamper me for awhile.:)

I have alittle more then 13 days but it's an awesome feeling to know the day he walks out.. And it's GREAT!! I have 4 kids there so happy and Me all i can say is Its great .. I cant wait Hope you finally get to be together i know im excited i know how you feel.. :thumbsup:
