Hi, I have a Lexmark printer and of course the ink cartridges are outrageously priced and on top of that seem to be gone in a minute. Does anyone have an online source that is reasonably priced and is a decent product? Thanks for your help.

I go to staples and get the refills..I spend around 14 for black, which does 5 refills and around 16 for color, which will do about 2 or 3 refills. Just thought I would tell you that info:)

Samiam, you are the savvy shopper..I went to E-bay and got 3 black and 3 color for 18.99 plus S&H....THANK YOU
Sweetpea, I will let you know when they arrive but it sounds like a deal..and NO I didn't buy another thing (yet) :) Damn, I love that place.
Ahna, thank you so much for posting. I assume you mean those refills that you do yourself? Oh no, that is not me I can't handle high tech stuff like that....but thanks again.:) Judy
PS Ahna, welcome to PTO!!

I never buy cartridges... I just always buy a brand new printer...the cheapest one available (usually $20-35)...it gives me a brand new printer with ink and starts up a new warranty. Then I turn around and donate my inkless printer to some organization...which is usually my employer...a non-profit agency...so I can use it for tax deductions! :)

Now that's unique and smart! Good one.

A friend of mine was always getting new printers and she told me that she saves her reciepts and they will give her a new one when she returns the old one. I don't know how kosher this is, but she spent 30 bucks a year ago and is never out of ink.
