Hi i am looking for some information on collect calls. I am currently living at home with my parents in MICHIGAN and they do not agree with my talking to my finance- thats a whole nother problem that i really dont care about. But anyways they decided that they were going to block collect calls, well i work in customer serivce and with western union. i heard that there is a way to pre pay for prison collect calls. i need any information that will help me.
if anything i will just get another line in my name, but still i would like to have a few suggestions because i was reading other post that were talking about plans that cut cost down, please any information will help thank you

You can call Telenet---their info is posted on the opening page of PTO, but be aware that Robert Owen from telenet told me they can't do anything for michigan at this time to save us $. Maybe if more of us call????????

Otherwise, all the prisons in Michigan use Correctional Billing Service. It's a royal pain and they charge a lot. You get your own phone and when you start getting calls they are automatically put thru Corr Billing Service. You don't need to call them.
