My BF and I are talking about me moving to AZ from california when he is released. problem is we lost all our phone and visits because I caught a stupid charge here in cali 3 years ago and it was a felony( i thought it was a misd, but turns out i plead out to a felony). Will they let him parole out to my house if I move there or no? Or do we have to get married so they cannot force us apart?

As scary as it sounds .... I don't know that being married would make a difference!! Is he in AZ Prison now?? Or in a CA Prison? If he's close to parole, they will ask him where he is going upon parole .. then the game begins for approval. I'd ask ... you don't know until you ask ... and all they can say is NO ... and if they do .. then you could ask ... what can I do to make this happen? Good Luck...;)

Yeah, I heard about that. Married don't mean anything, but I have a plan and I will make it happen. See in california you only have to do 1/2 the time on probation and pay all fines then you can get off probation and have your record expunged. 1/2 my time is up March 2005, so by April I should have a clean record. And by Jan 2006 I will be in AZ living there and seeing my man every weekend!!! YAY
