Home Made Play dough

Boil:
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
4 drops food coloring

Then add:
1/2 cup salt
1 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar

Take from stove as soon as liquid boils.
Add dry ingredients.
Let cool and mix thoroughly with hands until smooth
