Hey! Does anyone know anyone who I can email to ask a question about my husbands parole date.... supposed to be in October they said at his last hearing but he hasnt got anything saying it is.....I have already sent Cynthia Dillard one but would like a second opinion of someone else who might find something out for me! i would think if you allready got an answer from her then whatever she says goes, Lord only knows i found out the hard way that even if shes lying (in which case translates to someone other than her being the liar...lol)shes right! sorry sweety i have no other answers there....from what i hear shes pretty much the end of the road

Thanks Ragland...thats probably right but she left her email so vague that I would like another persons opinion on this...just thought there was someone else to email about parole but dont know anyone else.....she didnt know much about what amount of time he has been in prison and just said vague things...thanks anyhow ragland!!!! Hey...according to Michael...Carolyn Flack is in charge of early parole hearings...her email address is on the parole and probation website. I don't know if that is what you may be looking for or not.

Hey just wanted to let you all know that emailing Carolyn Flack got me more information than emailing Cynthia Dillard did....maybe not what I wanted to hear but at least she was honest.....my husband had some new charges of leaving work release and taking a county truck whom he worked for in the process so it was theft or burglary one but anyhow he was sentenced in january and had a parole date in March and was denied with a date in october 04 but he never got a letter so I asked her about it and she told me they didnt have the paperwork when that last hearing was set and that instead of a 15 year sentence he now has a 25 year sentence and told me to call the county clerk and ask whether it was concurrent or consecutive because they didnt specify that on the paperwork.....it could have made a huge difference....I did that and was told his last charges would be concurrent but would run consecutive to his other charges he already had so that was bad news to us....now she said he would have to do 2 years of his last charges so there goes the 04 parole date and now she said it would be a 06 date or maybe earlier if he behaves and because it is nonviolent charges....seems our luck just keeps getting worse but at least I got the true story out of her not just a run around and I appreciate that from her. You are lucky in a way....I have emailed Carolyn Flack and Cynthia Dillard and haven't received anything YET!!!! Maybe they think I am a trouble maker!! ;)

Me too Angel.I haven't heard anything either.I only e-mailed Cynthia Dillard though.I guess they see our e-mail address and so Ha I don't think so.

I emailed them both and gave them a couple of days and heard nothing and then I emailed them again and they both answered....maybe 2 times is the charm...thanks ladies!!!

I have always got an answer from them (everyone of them). I never go into a lot of detail about things, i just ask questions and i've always gotten answered...not always what i wanted to hear...

I finally heard from Cynthia Dillard today.I had ask where they when on the backlog and she replied Nov.03.

I think they must have skipped July 03...we still haven't heard anything yet for my husband coming up. I've always received an answer from them too and about the same; not much detail.

Denise, I guess its good that someone does give us some honest answers not just the run around even though it is not what we want to hear.....seems like all I have been getting lately is bad new instead of good news so we are due for some good news! Good luck ladies!! Lisa!

Well seems as though things just seem to get worse with parole hearing....my husband got a letter from parole board and it said he had a january 05 hearing....I had already got an email from carolyn flack stating he would come up in january 06 maybe earlier since it was non violent...so he called me and was excited about hopefully getting a date in 05 but the next day he got a letter saying it was a clerical error and it would be january 06 until he got a date....what a way to get someones hopes up and shoot them down so quickly....seems like they should get their act together to me and not make mistakes like that!!! thanks for listening you all!!! believe me the same happened to us remember the emails i sent you. so i know how it feels for the both of you, and they don't even care. i guess cause its not their lives.

You are right they can just go home every night to their families and not think about what their mistakes have caused to other people...all the hope just causes hurt and depression but we are stronger than that and are gonna be ok through all of this even if it takes a little longer to get it all over with...thanks for replying Miss NU!!!
