I am in need of some information  . My husband is currently serving eleven months instead of six months, on a parole violation. So that means that he goes in front of the board when he finishes that time (which is December), right:cool: ? At least that is what we thought. The woman in the records department, of the facility where he is serving his time, changed his Pe/Te date to January of 2006  . The story behind that is he had caught another charge while he was out and went to court on that and got seven years. Okay this is where the questions arise. My husband only had eight more years until he discharged. The seven years is running concurrent (side by side) with the eight years. Seven does not over ride eight. So won't he just serve his parole violation time and be able to come home in December? Doesn't that seven years just add on to the eight and that means that he will discharge in fifteen more years? Someone please enlighten me to this situation because I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out why his pe/te date changed.
