Hi, I am needing advice on the exact procedure in filing for a sentence reduction for my brother, what do we need besides the application ? do we need a future plan made out for him, a job, a house ? what ??? I am lost here and need someone who knows the correct procedures..he is serving 70% of 10 years for aggravated robbery...he has been in 14 months now...thanks so much..... :)
