Effective September 1, 2004, inmates may receive incentive packages during the month of September. To be eligible for an incentive package, inmates must meet the following criteria:


Four (4) month clear record (No disciplinaries since April 30, 2004)
No Disciplinaries for Rule #38 or #29 for one (1) year. (Since Sept. 1, 2003)
Packages must be mailed from the return address on the package.
Any item not authorized will be donated to charity.

Stationary (2 tablets-wireless)

Envelopes (standard personal or legal) 20 each

Postage Stamps-book of 20

Ink pens with clear plastic barrels (2 each)

Soap, bars only (4 each)

Toothpaste (2 tubes)

Toothbrush (2 each)

Deodorant, stick or roll-on (4 each)

Lotion in clear plastic container (2 each)

Shampoo/Conditioner in clear plastic container (2 each)

T-shirts, white (6 each)

Under shorts, white (6 each)

Socks, white (6 pair)

Bath towels and face cloths, white (2 each)

Toboggan (white) (1 each)

Thermal underwear (white) (2 sets)

Gloves (cotton, white- 1pair)

I seen some at Wal_mart...just make sure they don't have a colored band! The last time I sent Michael a package...they didn't let him have the underwear I sent because they had a gray band!!!!

Angelntn.....I looked at the wal mart they have around here last time and didnt find any just plain white boxers....they all had some kinda colors in them and he doesnt like the fruit of the loom briefs kind so I'll have to keep looking huh! Thanks for the info!!! Lisa!
