CHOCOLATE ALMOND COFFEE MIX.

1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. almond extract
Directions
In a blender or food processor, finely grind all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container.


CHOCOLATE-MALT COFFEE CREAMER MIX
2 cups instant hot cocoa mix
2/3 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2/3 cup malted milk mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

AMARETTO COFFEE CREAMER MIX

3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup confectioners sugar

Combine all ingredients in an container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Store in an airtight container. .


MOCHA CREAMER MIX
6 ounces non-dairy powdered creamer
1 cup chocolate milk mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all together well and store in an airtight container.

VANILLA-BERRY COCOA MIX

6 cups nofat powdered milk
16 oz. confectioners sugar
15 oz. powdered chocolate milk mix
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. french vanilla flavored non-dairly creamer
1 pkg.(0.15 oz) unswetened raspberry flavored soft drink mix
Directions
In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Store in aairtight container in a cool place. .


TRIPLE-CHOCOOLATE-MINT COCOA MIX

6 cups nonfat powdered milk
16 oz/ Confectioners sugar
16 oz. swiss chocolate flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
15 oz powdered chocolate milk
1(7 1/2 package round peppermint candies, finely ground
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt

8 1/2 cups nonfat powdered milk
1 1/2 cups non-dairycoffee creamer

The cocoa mix I love is:

1 cup powdered milk
1 cup powdered creamer
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa powder
1 box of chocolate pudding mix---the kind you normally cook, not the instant

Mix well and store in covered container. Use four heaping tablespoons to a cup of hot water.

Excellent! Very rich and chocolate-y.
