I still got to do my exercise this evening but I'm up for a while still. Soooo, did anyone cheat??? This is a 'honest' program..:D I got to admit I think starting is the easy part, I just know when I weigh again next Thursday, it will be good news.. WOO HOO.. I feel skinnier already.....So share a little about your day..I work in a restraunt, and the special today was Meatloaf, Mashes Potato's (gravy of course) carrots, bread or butter!!! The owner is such a good cook too.. Urgggggg.. BUT I ate a salad and a small piece of meatloaf..I ate my 2 eggs and 4 sausage links for breakfast..So far so good, but this is the hard part, in front of the computer...:o I can seriously type and eat.. It's as bad as sitting in front of the TV>> But I'm fighting it.. I got a pix of me 10 months ago when I still wore a size 8 plastered on my moniter...:D Well hope everyone got thru today!!!! .... HAPPY DIETING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kat

Had a pretty good day. What saved my butt was I was on the run most of the day, and the only thing I had time to stop for was a diet coke! I had two eggs and three pieces of bacon for breakfast, with one cup of oj. Diet coke lunch. 1/2 cup chilie cheese dip with 15 tostada chips and iced tea for supper. Snack was 1 cup of dry cereal. Now the snack in the evening is going to be my hard part. Tonight I did so good because my daughter locked her keys in her car at work, and I had to drive almost to Indy to unlock the car with my set! Now that I am back home I am too worn out for a snack! LOL Walked the dog several blocks this afternoon, and tried to walk most of the time while I was working. I need a picture of me from 10 years ago as an inspiration! I am going swimming at the YMCA tomorrow. And if I am up to it, I am going to work out on the machines. I like having encouragement every night. I hurried home from Indy so I could check the postings, and post my accomplishments for the day. I am going to pm you my weight. Have a good day tomorrow, and will be checking in during the evening. Good luck everyone!

I slipped but I knew I probably wont get to start till Monday. I have to go to the grocery store so badly. I had wendy's. I know terrible huh? But the good thing is I went home and cleaned some, then I got out all my exercise tools and worked with them, did some crunches. Tried those pelvic tilts, oh my goodness, that hurt. I used my exercise ball with it and it worked a little better. This morning so far I had a small bowl of cherrio's and some fat free milk. I am trying to also do some extra walking here at work, which is hard since I sit at a desk all day but I find some way to get up. I hope everyone else does good today and this weekend.

WOW, you guys are doing great!!! Jasonslite, don't worry about the Wendy's, and the working in the office? Been there done that!!! I am glad I'm waitressing right now, I run my fanny off!!! One thing about doing this with other people is I know I am going to have carvings, so be it!!, I just tell you guys I cheated and move on..Gives me motavation, ya know? Not only that but we just have to do the best we can, I look at it like this, it took me 10-11 months to gain this, it 'ain't' coming off over night, and I live alone, so when I get bored or depressed I eat!!! One thing I'm doing is not having any junk around and that's HARD!! Cause I have been known to tear a kitchen apart looking for something sweet!! LOL..I sooo love hearing how everyones day went!! WOO HOO... I got to work a few hours this evening but will be back tonight to post my day!!! So far so good... ( I wish I could give up this coffee, but I CAN'T!!!
HAPPY DIETING............................ Kat

It is not to late to join jftazzy102!!!! Welcome!!

With that said, I have been doing well. I did my tae bo last night, and once I tear myself away from posting then I will go do my tae bo again. Lol. I am so glad to hear everyone else's posts, this is wonderful for PTO!!!!!! Today, I had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast with 1% milk, lunch, I had a "happy planet" which is an organic juice, called "extreme green". It looks rather revolting but tastes delicious, is packed with nothing but good stuff like kelp, etc, and only 200 calories. Supper was an un buttered piece of whole grain toast with a tomatoe and a few scrambled eggs. And snack was a few sips of a light espresso frap from none other than Starbucks. I threw it out after about 4 sips, and that felt good.

I love being "accountable"!

Tae bo time!
