I need some ideas for a 3 year old girls birthday party. We are having the party at Pizza Hut, there will be kids from 3 to about 10 years old.

I haven't done a little kids birthday party in 31 years (the age of my son)
Do you play games or what at a 3 year olds party, if so what kind??? How do you keep 25 little 3 to 10 year olds busy?????? Helpppppppp :):)
I went and got a ton of stuff to make little bags to give all the kids. But I haven't a clue what else to do.

Helpppp ladies enlighten me........:)

One thing I used to do when my daughter was little was serve cupcakes instead of a cake and let all the kids decorate their own cupcake. They loved it. I used to also just give them brown paper bags and then stuff to decorate those with. It kept them busy. I don't know if it would be possible to do sidewalk chalk at the Pizza Hut, but they always loved that too.

You make a birthday party at Pizza Hut ?????????????????????? You Americans are amazing !!!! Had my parents made my b-day parties at Pizza Hut, I would have sued them !! :D

Anyway, for a b-day party, all you need is a great DJ (one from NYC, LA, London Paris or Ibiza), the Chippendales and lots of Beers, Tequila and Vodka.

Hope you'll have a good one. :D

If The Pizza Hut Your Going To Has Games To Occupy Them Then Thats What They Will Be Doing. If It Was Chuck E Cheese Then I Would Say "let Them Loose" I Have Two Grandaughters And Have Been Through All Of This. I Was Going To Suggest Grab Bags But You Already Have That Taken Care Of. Good Luck!!

I live in such a small town that Pizza Hut was the only choice. The closest Chuckie Cheese is 60 miles away.

Phil I sure wasn't going to have all the little kids in my house, so I figured they could tear up Pizza Hut...:)
My dear Sweet Frenchy you could come on over and entertain them for me......:D

I like the brown paper bag idea liz, maybe I get some crayolas and stickers and bags and let them decorate their bag to put their goodies in.

DeDe I am going to need all the luck I can get I think......:)

How about coloring books, you can probably buy it at a 99 cent store and crayons, plus you could probably play games like pin the tail on the donkey and musical chairs (bring a portable radio) check the net for ideas on the search engine- that might help.

Gouverneur Phil...
You think that's bad. I remember back in the 80's, kids used to have their birthday parties at McDonalds. I think a hat party would make for a great party for the kiddies and order the pizza at home. No fun involved at Pizza Hut.

Rubesgirl is right, they have a whole little script planned, which will amount to not very much. At three, they really have very little clue, and just being out to eat en masse is exciting- or tantrum-inducing or terrifying- enough.
Brave woman, to invite so many! Books I have read suggest inviting at most one child more than the guest of honor's age, four three-year-olds, for example. Keep the camera handy and the thought of a cool drink afterwards firmly in mind and fear nothing. It'll be fun. Really. And we'll be here to administer the smelling salts afterwards...

Well Pizza Hut may be hard for the little ones cause they are gonna be expected to sit--others will be there having lunch/dinner with their families. But decorating cupcakes sounds great. Do you have a park in your town---it's free just buy goody bags, drinks and cake! Take side walk chalk and some balls and you are home free. Are there not any burger kings or mcdonalds or restaurants with play grounds????

Something I always liked doing was to buy a tee shirt for the birthday boy/girl and have some dishes with a little paint in each one. You put each partygoers hand in the paint and make a print of it on the tee shirt. With a permanent marker you let the child write his or her name. This gives the birthday b/g a great remembrance from the party. Doing this at pizza hut might be a challenge...

Phil- LMAO!

Do a little Scavenger hunt inside pizza hut. Hide things sorta hard for the bigger kids and the ones who find the goodies get to keep them. Make sure the bigger ones know not to take the "easy" to see items. This is a BLAST for all ages. You can go to the Dollar store to find the goodies. Good luck, and have a BLAST yourself.
