Can someone please tell me how often death row inmates get to use the phone.I got a call 2 weeks ago but nothing since.:(

I don't exactly know about San Quentin, but all my other pen pals on D/R get a 15 minutes phone call once a month...

my DR buddy calls me like everyday!!!! and we talk on the phone for like an hour each time. but.....i havent heard from him in a week, so i dont know whats going on.

Yeh im a bit worried,no mail & no phone calls for 2 weeks,which is very unlike him.

Do they get to use the phone if they are in the hole,Im probably worrying over nothing,but as you guys no,everything starts popping into your head when you dont no whats going on.

yeah im kinda going thru the same thing cuz i aint heard from my DR buddy in almost a week by phone and i usually speak to him like every day. but in the hole they cannot use the phones. try not to worry as im trying no to as well. hopefully we'll both hear from our loved ones soon....

Ive had a letter explaining the phone calls or should i say lack of them.He wanted me to get my first phone bill to see how much the calls are going to cost.Very sweet of him but as much as i appreciate his thoughtfulness,Idont care about the cost,i want to hear his voice

Girl I Feel You Cuz Im Still Wondering Why Mine Aint Called Me. His Calls To Me Are Only 3.75 Per 15 Minutes, So To Me Thats Not Alot To Talk To Him Everyday Since Thats What Ive Gotten Used To. Maybe He Calls Himself Being Considerate By Trying Not To Call Me As Much, But If Thats The Case I Wish He Would Tell Me So I Can Let Him Know That Its Ok For Him To Call. In Any Case Ill See Him On Sunday So Ill Be Able To Tell Him Face To Face. Im Glad You Finally Heard From Your Friend To Know Whats Going On. I Hope I Hear From Mine Soon Too.....

i finally heard from him, and he said he hasnt been able to call because the phone tht they use on the condemmed unit was broken and it just got fixed last night. you dont know how relieved i was to hear that mans voice and i cant wait to see him sunday!!!!!!!

keep us informed how it goes on Sunday.I have had visiting forms here now for a few weeks but havnt filled it in.Dont no what it is,maybe im a little nervous.
