Hello I´m from Germany and I need help! I saw Heath`s Stocks case on german tv and it broke my heart. I can`t get him out of my mind......
I like to help him but I don`t know how. He`s in cummins unit in Arkansas and got life. I wrote him a few weeks ago and now I wait for his reply.
Who knows Heath and his case? Is it possible for him to get parole? Can I visit him at cummins?

I havent heard about his case but you can see his picture and what he was sentenced for on www.arkansas.gov/doc/inmate (http://www.arkansas.gov/doc/inmate)
his DOC # is 1140429 or put in his name. Maybe he is just having issues about writing people since maybe he feels no one cares about him. It looks like he has been there since 1997? I may be wrong though. Just wait a little longer and write him again. Who knows if he even received a letter, we all know how the mail rooms can be. Just continue to give him support, to at least make him relaize he is not alone. PTO is here to help cheer him up!

OMG!!!!!!!!! I watched his story on TV, but I had no idea about those gory details. I absolutely agree that Heath should NOT be in prison. You're right, we should write Charlse Walls and remind him and never let him forget the evil man that he is (or was). Because of him, there are numerous victims and more to come (victims' children?) I can't believe how they justified putting Heath in prison after knowing what all Charlse Walls did to him and others. I believe Charlse Walls should have been the one to be convicted of the murders.
I assure you that I WILL write Charlse Walls and tell him what I think.
This is an issue that needs to be more publicized (at least in Arkansas). It just blows my mind that Heath is STILL in prison and no one has been able to help him get out. What else can be done?
Thank you and I will keep Heath and his loved ones in my prayers. I will also keep all of Charlse's other victims and their loved ones in my prayers.
Lesa, I am so very sorry about the tragedy that your husband endured. All the pain that Charlse inflicted on his victims, their family and loved ones also have had to endure. I am so sorry for your loss. God will take away all that pain he was suffering and be loved in His glory. Thank you very much for posting.
God Bless!

I visited Matthew today and I told him about this post. He said that he knows Heath. Apparently when Matthew first got locked up (end of 97 beginning of 98?) he was at Cummins with Heath. He said that he is a very nice guy.
Is Heath finished with all of his appeals? Why doesn't he ask for an executive clemency for time reduction?

Thank you to everybody
You have to know that I posted this thread a few months ago.
Now Heath and I are writing on a regular basis and we became friends.
He is a wonderful young man and has a great personality. His goal is it to get clemency. You know there is so much on his backround that`s never been heard on is behalf.... He need help to be free someday, but it will take lots of people to make that happen.
Heath is strong willed and I admire him a lot for his strength
