I'm writing to anyone who has a loved one in Varner Super Max and the phones batteries are always low when they call you. It costs us more to talk and I'm sick of it. Lets write to the Warden, ADC, ACLU and/or whomever. I/We need some help. Thanks.

It has nothing to do with the warden or anyone else higher up. The problem lies with the guards they are supposed to put the phone back on the charger and they don't, believe me I know i used to do the samething when I worked there.
