My husband is on a Parole violation for 6 months and acquired additional drug charges. Does anyone have any info on whether he is eligible for Drug Court or not? Personally, I think offering the alternative is the way to go. Confinement through incarceration serves absolutely no purpose. Look at the recidivism rate. Thank you
