Thanks Lace...yesterday was a wild one...full of all kinds of emotions...i've settled down some today...I woke up in the middle of the night thinking "oh god" what if they say "no"....and it wouldn't surprise me..but for now i'm planning on a yes...

he's done everything they told him to plus some, the victim will not be protesting his release, he already has the home and job plan done, so we've done EVERYTHING that could be done...what reason they would have to keep him is his ESO date...so we will see....

I'am over-Joyed for you, I will continue to pray that they will let him come home to you, hopefully before it gets cold!(ha) we are still waiting, to to see that they are pulling some Oct. is Great! Because we were surpose to come up in Nov. so hopefully they are getting a little closier and that is good news. I will continue to pray for you and your good news and pray that hopefully we will be soon. After waiting, any news is good news. i visited with Kenny on sunday, and he still hasn't recieved any notice of his parole hearing on the 8th of november? anyone one know what the deal is? or when he should be recieving it?

If it's like Georgia, I was told back when my fiance's case was up for parole review, that the inmate is notified in writing within 30 days once they determine when the date is.

I was told the same thing...that there would be 30 days notice but my husband said some of the guys where he's at was getting 2 weeks notice. I'm not sure what that was about??

i wouldnt expect one yet, the first time joe got notice was when i got my victims notification....so i told him like two weeks before he knew i knew a couple of months or so out the first time,and about a month out the second

My husband was denied parole back in march and I was at hearing and they told me he would come up in October this year but he hasnt received any notice yet....hes a non violent case but are they behind on them also? Congratulations Denise hope things work out for you both!!! Lisa!!!

just wanted to let everyone know that kenny got his papers from the parole board that advised him of the date (11/08/04 )on 8/26/04.......so its alittle more than 30 days....
