TO PTO.....I JUST WANT TO THANK EVERYONE THAT SENT THE B-DAY CARDS TO ME .....THAT ESPECIALLY MEANS YOU. PHIL AS WHAT I FEEL ABOUT PRISON LIFE. WELL IT'S DEFINETLY A BIG CHANGE FOR SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T HARDLY GET IN ANY TROUBLE. PRISON CAN REALLY BE HARD ON A PERSON IF THAT PERSON HAS A WEAK MIND. THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE THAT WELL, TRY TO THROW GAME AT YOU NO MATTER WHAT. I TRY MY VERY BEST TO DO MY TIME THE BEST WAY I KNOW HOW, BY READING THE BIBLE AND BY GOD. YOU CAN ALSO GET VERY EDUCATED IN HERE. I STAY OUT OF TROUBLE, AND TRY TO STAY OUT OF HARMSWAY. THE PRISON LIFE ISN'T LIKE IT USE TO BE, BECAUSE IT HAS SETTLED DOWN QUITE A BIT. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LOT OF TIME, I KNOW THAT THE LORD WILL HELP ME GET OUT OF THIS PLACE A LOT SOONER THAN EXPECTED. JUST TO PUT IT TO YOU, PRISON LIFE HAS IT'S UPS AND DOWNS........TODD................................. ........................IF I MAY SAY THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE MY TODD, BUT THIS IS WHAT PRISON HAS DONE TO MY SON........JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS WITH YOU................SHERRON

Thanks for sharing with us, Sherron !!! Well, it seems that Todd has found a way to try to adapt to prison by reading the Bible and by God. I hope this will help him, and at least, it brings him some hope. I know he had some problems before with other inmates, and now he seems to have found some peace.
That's good, and even if you don't recognize your son, it's better than being worried as you previously were.
Keep your head up Sherron !

I am glad that he has a found such a positive outlet while he is in there. It sounds like he is a great person with a good attitude in spite of where he is right now. Give him a hug for me Sherron. We need to maybe ask David if we can get a forum going for birthdays like we did for Christmas. I am sure you posted it but I think it would be a great idea if we could do it like we did the christmas card project. We don't have to list how we found out or anything unless they want to be recognized. Anyways just a thought....And enjoy your visit okay...Hugs to you too Sherron....

This letter is a blessing. I would like to say to Todd, "Child, you are wonderful. Stay with your faith in God at all times. Sometimes you will feel that he has let you down because things don't go the way you think they should, but I assure you he has not. Prayers may not be answered exactly when we think they should or how we think they should. You have to remember that God knows the whole plan and we do not. Our prayers will be answered in full. Just keep the faith.
