Hi everyone i'm terrell'slady.i found this site about a week ago i wish i had found it a year ago.my husband is in az county jail he was found guilty and will be sentence in sept,i stay in calif so i don't about az law.i'm looking for him a appeal lawyer.i don't know if he will need the lawyer when he is sentence or will he need it when his appeal may come if anyone anything about what i'm saying please help me out i'm totally at a lose i ben traveling from los angeles to phoenix for the last year:help: and it's driving me crazy to see my hubby there :cuffs:

reguarding your question about an Appeal, The way it was done for my
son the Attorney that he had for the case is the one that filed for an appeal.In the mean time we contacted an appellate.Att. We gave him my
son's original Att.'s phone number. and he took it from there. It worked for us but it might be different in Ariz. You might want to talk to your husband's Att. he can guide you through.Good luck and God Bless Jen.P.S. I think you have 30 to 60 days after his sentence to do it.So have your husband tell him when he goes for his sentence to file.
