You can call the CDC inmate locater (916-445-6713) if you know his date of birth (and name of course) and they can give you his cdc#, usually it's only a day or so after they get to reception. I don't know about the counselor though.

Oh, what am I saying (wake up!) I do know about counselors. They're supposed to see them right away but rarely do... mine didn't see his counselor in Delano for almost 4 months.

My man didn't see his counsoler for almost 60 days and then when he had his appointment reception went on lockdown and he was put on hold. Then he was out of Prison for a court date and 5 months later he still hasn't seen a counselor or been calssified.......... BAAH!

Anyway to find your mans info in SQ be ready with his name and DOB and call 415-454-1460 follow the prompts to reception records/processing and they can give you his Block/Cell info and CDC #.

Inmate locator # basically sucks as it takes about 30 days before they have any useful info.
