He was transfered to county last week for a court date...get this, they wanted to know why he had not gone to see his P O for his first offence...his excuse...he is in prison, the judge almost fell out of her seat....anyway, he is being transfered back to MC either last night or today and he was told that he would have to stay in orange , not be able to go to the Ranch, and only non contacts for 2 weeks... he is a level one with low points.

Is this how they deal with someone going to court?

I don't have any of the info. that you were asking about, I just wanted to say hi. My boyfriend is also at Mule Creek, Level 1. He's also from Co Co County. I'll be going to visit him tomorrow (Sat.) so I'll try to find out some info for you. Knowing the system, it wouldnt surprize me, 2 weeks seems pretty long tho to me. You just never know.
