Does anyone know how you go about getting my brother in law on the birthday card list? I saw something about it in a different post but now I can't remember where I saw it. My brother in laws birthday is coming up and wanted to send him some cheer by other people sending him birthday cards. Any info would help, thanks!

I don't understand this sending cards thing? Can someone explain it to me? I have a brother with a birthday on the 14th of this month. I know he could use some serious cheering up. Can someone help me out.
