I was a little late on getting in on this thing,I have heard for years how great it is so I finally got one now that I have started a diet and want to eat more healthy.I love this thing! So far I have only tried chicken on it but boy what a fast,easy way to cook! Plug it in,warm it up,slap on the chicken and in 9 minutes it is grilled almost to perfection! When I did a marinated chicken breast it did get a little crisp on the outside but last night I just put some seasoning on it and sprayed the chicken with a little cooking spray and VIOLA perfect :)

i love mine too! try sprinking some Janes Crazy Mixed up salt on your chicken and veggies before grilling. i am out on the east coast and im not sure if its a nation wide available product...but if you can find it, then try it, its yummy.

I cook everything on the forman ----the kids love hot dogs on the forman. Actaully tonight I cooked pork chops on there and I had a few shrimp in the freezer so I there them on----yummy!
