When my son left inprocessing at Southampton he went to James River CC. His canteen money did not go with him. Each time he or/and I try to find the lost money we get the neverending run around. Fast forward over a year. He has been in for over 2 yrs and not one write up, problem, etc. He cleans his required area and a CO did not like and told him to re-do the area. He said if he did not like ithe could do it himself and went back to his bunk. He is charged with failure to obey direct order and got 8 months added to his time. The same month another prisoner in another prison gets into fight and causes severe damage to the other person. He is found guilty of assault, maiming, etc. at prison hearing. He is trans from a level 2 to a level 4 facility but gets no more time. Who monitors these places? Aren't there specified punischments for specific offenses.

they make up the rules as they go and if you visit regualrly you will notice rules change on a weekly basis with the doc - simp;y put they suck
