Can anyone help me? My friend is in Morgantown FCI and he has been placed on an Administrative Hold. No one was aware that this had happened to him. He was placed in solitarey confinement and is only aloud out of his cell once every 23 hours. He is only aloud to shower once every 3 days and is only aloud one phone call every 30 days. He was sentenced to Morgantown and was supposed to be in minimal security. Is this normal treatment for an Administrative Hold?
