My fiance wants to file his own motion for "Shock Probation"/"Suppression Motion" in the state of Kentucky. I need to send him some examples, but I can't fnd anything that I am looking for. I need an outline or ian example containing the information that the parole board is looking for. Can you help? Have any of your pen pals been in a similiar situation? Even an example of a parole motion would help us out alot. He is facing 5 years this time and I want to do anything i can to preven from going through a prison sentence with him again!!!! I don't think I can take it mentally,emmotionally, or PHYSICALLY!!!! He has already been away for 15 months just awaiting final sentencing. I would appreciate any help/advice that you can give.
