I suggest you post his scenario here and one of us at PTO can figure it out for you. RPinSD:thumbsup: KP Wifey 07-28-2004, 03:26 PM i heard that it's the time they got times 85%. Now if i'm wrong please forgive me and maybe someone that comes along can help you. Suez 07-29-2004, 08:58 PM I went through the same thing with my husband. I went to the CDC web site and read the operations manual. I believe it was chapter 7, article 12 "Time Computations". I've done the math so many times and still can't get the date they actual gave him. I'm always a few days off but it's in his favor so I won't complain. His date is Feb. 20,2005 right now until he gets into a program. When he does that the remaining time of his sentence can be reduced up to 50%. Hopefully releasing him some time in Nov. 2004. Here is the web site I found my information at: www.corr.ca.gov/regulationspolicies (http://www.corr.ca.gov/regulationspolicies) Hope this can help. Claudia1128 07-30-2004, 04:22 PM well his relese date is april 4 2008 and 85% of that?   |
