Hi ! First there is a european G2G in Belgium, at Hilde's in September. But we could do a smaller one here in Amsterdam, or do you want to organise a weekend-type one?
I am going to visit my penpal in WA end of August, and the WA ladies have been so kind as to organise a G2G when I come over, we're going to chat and eat in a buffet restaurant!!
Maybe something like that is possible here too, but if we can attract people from other countries, like FoundLove (hello!), then maybe we ought to organise something a bit bigger than just an eat-all-you-can g2g?
Maybe one after the Belgian one? (we can start organising)....

My idea was to have a fairly informal get together in Amsterdam (East??) as there seemed to be a lot of us from that area; see the 'the Netherlands' thread.

If people would like to go to a bigger meeting I suggest to go to Belgium where there is one already being organised. Regretfully I won't be able to join that one due to prior commitments.

If at a later time people would like to have a bigger meeting here we can always organise that at a later stage.
I'll wait a few days for more reactions and than I'll contact you all to see if and what we will do ok??

Ok, so there are a few ladies who want to meet. The idea is to just meet up for an informal coffee 'n chat. Of course those from outside Amsterdam are welcome too but maybe it is just a bit too much to travel?? Especially for Foundlove......
How about the weekend of 20-22 August?? Either the Friday night, Saturday afternoon, or Sunday afternoon?? Let me know either here or via PM what you think.
Or maybe that is when Abelle is still in the US?? Maybe it would be more fun to meet after so she can tell us all about it??

G2G in Europe

Each time a G2G is organized anywhere in Europe, the European PTO members HAVE TO pay a first class train ticket or flight to their Beloved Moderator of the Europe forum. Failure to do so, will result in heavy rains, storms and hurricanes ruining your G2G

Good idea to have an informal meeting, but I am preparing to go to the USA then (24th I fly) so I have not a lot of time, but if it is the only date then so be it. I will be back (:-( ) 4th Sept.
By the way Tulip, I sent my friend a wafer just like you suggested elsewhere, it was great fun making it and I think he got a good laugh out of it, while it is raining there!!!
