View Full Version : Violated no contact order - how long will her serve?

Okay, this is my first time doing this so im not sure if this is right!! Bare with me!! My boyfriend Aaron was at Fort DSM and he suposidly violated his ex girlfriends no contact order 3rd person. Before that happened he was suposed to get out on August 31. Now they sent him back to oakdale. does anyone have any idea how long he might possibly hafta be there? Thanks for the help!!!

Hi. Welcome to PTO!

I have a no contact order against my ex. For each violation of the no contact order, you can get up to 30 days. Since he's in prison already and violated it that way, I can't honestly say, but more than likely it'll be the 30 days. Depending on how many times he's violated the no contact order previously, the judges and so forth will take that into consideration which could result in more time.

30 days? really? do they just go by his exs word? she said that he talked to some guy and told him to tell her something. but he didnt really do it, shes just trying to keep him in jail, is there anything that he can do about it? thanks sssooo much for the help!!
