I DON'T THINK ITS ALLOWED IN ANY CORRECTIONAL/PRISON FACILITY TO RECEIVE STICKERS ON LETTERS. HE WOULDN'T GET PENALIZED FOR IT THOUGH. THEY'D JUST RETURN THE LETTER TO YOU.

Welcome to PTO!! :) yes, I can answer your question. My husband Eric was
at San Quentin, and when he was in Reception I used to put ladybug stickers
on the outside of his envelopes! They went through just fine. A thing that
most don't realize that some of the prisons have machines that can tell if
there is liquid drug material on a letter. I saw this on a website for Correctional Officers, can't remember which one, but more prisons are using
these machines to stop the entry of drugs going into the prisons. So knock

WHEN MY MAN WAS IN ANGOLA, I WOULD PUT STICKERS ON THEM AND SOMETIMES THEY WOULD SEND BACK. IT MADE ME MAD BUT I LET IT GO...

My boy is on deathrow at San Quentin and I send stickers all the time...I cover the letters with stickers all the time. He gets them no problem :)
