hi my name is eddy davies i thought i would post a little fact of life about a prison doctor in brixton prison. in 1994 my younger brother david davies was sentanced to brixton for 7 days for a unpaid fine of £80 that was on the 15th september on the 16th of sept my family were contacted by the prison by phone!! believe it or not saying my brother was found dead in his bed this was on a friday and had to wait until monday to confirm that it was david it was one of the hardest weekends in my families life we could not accept that it was our brother. when we did finally see the body on monday our worst fears were confirmed it was david. the family went to the prison to see the so called govnor to get a explaination we might aswell stayed home with his cold attitude and not responding to our questions.but in the end we finally found out that a prison doctor had put david on a methadone regime why!!!!!!!! david had taken 50mg and was found in his bed dead now our brother was not a drug user i would have known if he was when we had our inquest to find out why how brother died it was of no help to the family at all.we had paid several thousand pounds to be proffessially represented but boy was this doctor with all the home office behind him and not asking questions because he did not want to indiscriminate himself . however it came out that my brother was not the only inmate killed by this doctor there had been one in 92 and one only 4 months before david all by methadone now this doctor had no remorse what so ever and walked out with nothing to answer to. so our family finally got him in front of his own peers which is the general medical council. the case went on for around 5 days and we got him struck off. now we as a family are supposed to be happy with the outcome but surley if the gmc can find this doctor why cant others we want this x so called doctor in a court of law. if anyone else think they may know of this doctor whos name is archibald alexander it would be good to hear from you. WE WANT JUSTICE FROM THE CPS AND WE WANT IT NOW
