I believe both University of Iowa and Ohio University offer them for inmates... but they were too expensive for me. I am still desperately searching for something affordable... :(

Well, I checked out the above universities, and I can't remember the exact amount, but I think it was a few thousand dollars a semester.. too much for me!
Ashworth College offers an associate degree program in psychology for around $800 a semester, you need 4 semesters to get the degree ($3200 total), but it is nationally accredited, meaning it would probably be hard to transfer to a four year college after that.. that's the result of my research so far.

Indiana University and Vincennes University in Indiana both offer associateīs degrees through correspondence courses, and Indiana also offers the bachelorīs. Ohio University has a special degree program for the incarcerated. All are expensive. Good luck!!!
