Hi everyone!!!! I wanted to introduce myself...my name is Dawn I am a 33 yr old mother of 5 beautiful children..I am headed to an FPC...waiting for my letter!!! I am convicted on 4 counts of mail and wire fraud...long story but I will hold my head high and know that I am not guilty...it may have been me physically but not mentally...I had a nervous breakdown and have no memory of anything...so my attorney said if you go to trial the judge will get me for "obstructing justice" because I have no memory of what happened. Isn't that insane!!! My memory of the last 14 yrs is pretty much wiped out and he would get me for obstructing justice!!!! There is no justice in the federal system!!! Well anyway I am sentenced to 16 months...hopefully going to Greenville..it is the closest to us!!! Then the kids could come and see me..my husband and family are very supportive of me.
Well that is it in a nutshell!!!! I find this site to be very informative and helpful!!! Thank you!
