Hello, I will be going to visit my husband for the first time this Sunday at San Quentin, he was just moved out of reception. All I know is that the visits are still non-contact. If anyone can give me any more info :confused: on what to expect and what I can take or wear include for children. For example if my 18 month old can take her sippy cup? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I hope that I am not to late with this, but if you had visited him before while he was
in Reception, the same rules apply. However you may bring $30.00 in a clear meduim
sized bag or make-up purse, I can't remember the dementions, the 30.00 has to be
either quarters or 1.00 dollar bills, same dress codes, no underwire bras, no low cutting
dresses, or tops, no blue, that' s demin blue, or jeans, as far as the sippy cup, unless
it is clear I wouldn't do it, unless you call the prison and ask. Nothing tight fitting either, otherwise they will send you home or cancel your visit. As far back as I can remember babies under 2 yrs, could be in demin blue jean outfits, however I don't know
if that rule has since changed. Look at guygals post, maybe she could give you a better idea of what you can wear, and for the children too. I hope you have a nice
