This is my first time logging on and I need some info. My husband Was just sentenced to 2 yrs in jail for selling some livestock that were stolen. The incedent happened 4 yrs ago and he was out on bond untill this past May -- He has now been in county jail for 2 months and just got transfered to the Baldwin boot camp. The parole board had changed his sentencing to a 90 day boot camp (thank God) Now my questions are these----How long does diagnostics usually take? Are there any phone calls or visitation allowed? Is there any way of him getting released early?---This was his first felony and the only thing on his record. Thank you in advance for your replies -- any info will be helpful.

Mccard, Is this a federal charge? You will probably get better responses in the federal or your state forum. Sorry for your husband and good luck to both of you.
