The following link is a website that describes a proposal for early release by placing inmates on home arrest and electronic monitoring. It is proposed by an Az prison wife and seems well researched and well thought out. Again, it is only a proposal at this time, IT HAS NOT YET BEEN APPROVED BY THE STATE GOV'T!
The ewligibility requirements are outlined and you can download and print the applivcation and send it to the inmate. I got the site from a friend whose huband read an article about the proposal. -Aimmo
