I have posted a few questions but have not been formally introduced. My husband is serving a two year sentence for a crime he did not commit. It was my own sister, who is a cop in San Francisco, that had him arrested. He fought his case for five months before the DA gave him a choice of two years for D.V. charges(he's innocent of) or four years for a probation violation he was guilty of. He really had no choice but to plead guilty. He's been locked up since Jan. 15, 2004 and just arrived at San Quention Reception in June. The guilt I live with everyday for him being there is unbearable at times. Thank you for making this site. It has helped me out emotionally and answered alot of my questions. I'm left here with our five children(youngest being twins) to struggle with life until he comes home. I was not allowed to visit him in the county jail but hope the prison will let me see him. I figure he will be home in time to open gifts on Chrismas morning. Thank you all for being here in my time of need.
