My hubby has been in jail since Mother's Day. He got sentanced to spend 6 months in a rehab. facility, but has to wait for probation to move him... is there any thing I can do for him to speed up the process? Anyone to contact? I hate having my baby sit in jail for nothing. He needs rehab and wants to start the 6 months already so that he can come home. Please help if you can. Any info is appreciated. Thanx.

i wish i knew of something...but, usuallly the waiting in jail is part of the deal..mine spent around 3 months in jail before they transfered him to reception..

it is all a waiting game...i know, it is a drag..

do you know which rehab he is being transferred too?

i know a lot of different one's so if i know it i can tell you what i know, or ask my guy...you can pm or post me about this...

I agree with Francis that the waiting in county is the worst. You don't know how long he is going to be there, and as far as I know, unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to move him out any faster. Have you contacted his probation officer at all?
