Hi Everyone,
I am about to surrender to start my sentence. I have been out on bond since before the trial started and through my appeal process, which I lost. Now it's time to turn myself in.
I am looking mostly to find information about how much time I am required to server out of my sentence and what I can do to minimize that as much as possiboe.
I will post the details on the appropriate forum.
Thanks!

You will be required to serve 85-87% of your sentence. The only way to reduce your sentence further would be to go to the drug program or boot camp.
Welcome to PTO and if we can answer any more questions for you we will do our best to get the answers you are looking for!

Vince, I have asked around and no one has heard of this or anyone who has had success with it. What site did you get this from??

Go to google and type in "federal suspended sentence" It was somewhere on page 2 of the listings of sites.

Vince, is this something on the BOP website? Or part of the sentencing guidelines?
Nevermind, I see where you posted about the google search. Thanks!!

Hi Ben,
Hopefully you were not sentenced to a long term, but let people know where you are going.
