My husband is currently in prison. I have heard that writing the parole board can help sway their decisions to parole or deny an inmate. Has anyone written the parole board? Would you suggest writing them? What do I write?? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

HI AND WELCOME TO PTO. I ACTUALLY THINK THAT THERE IS A FORUM ABOUT PAROLE LETTERS HERE MAYBE LEGAL ADVICE. IM NOT REALLY SURE BUT THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING AND I THINK THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP YOU BETTER. GOOD LUCK.

check out the texas parole forum. they have plenty of good examples of what to say and include in letters. i hope this helps.
