Good Evening Everybody,I just wanted to let y'all know that I spoke with Marti today at the Victims Unit.She told me they are working on July,August and September 03 cases.She was telling me that since Lee's victim has passed away since the crime occured(and wasn't caused by the crime)that there won't be a next of kin contacted.She tried to go ahead and get his case up,but they(PB)wouldn't let her skip cases.She said they have alot of indictments out that they are waiting on responses from.She also told me that it shouldn't be that much longer before Lee comes up.Y'all PLEASE keep us in your prayers,I just kinda feel like mine are not being heard loud enough.So y'all might have to holler when your praying for us.lol.:thumbsup:

Marti must be telling the same story to everyone..I spoke with her on tuesday and got the same thing...august and sept...Kenny dock date is oct 03...so we will see within a couple of months .....

Marti is a lady in the victims unit...I BELIEVE she works to locate victims...one thing is for sure, she always very nice and very helpful. unlike so many at the parole board...
Well it sounds like some good news just hope it's so and the victim notification seems to be working or should I say is now being used. Good Luck!

Yes I have to agree with Denise.Marti is a very nice lady and just as helpful as she can be.It makes a big difference when you can deal with people like her instead of some of the others we have to deal with.Thanks Lace all of us that have our violent offenders need some good luck to hurry up and get these guys home.

We have to pray for each other and hope that the victim notification people are really working. We were scheduled for Nov. of 2003, so like all the others we will just have to hurry-up-and-wait, and pray in the mean time. I wish everyone out there all the luck in the world because dealing with the parole board, all of us will need it. Keep me up on any progress being made.
