OK so here is the situation at hand! ugh

well so James will be home soon, and he wrote and told me to talk to the manager about him paroling here, since the parol would come talk to them anyways... well of course the azz said no its a crime free neighborhood and so what ever... well i told my sis and she was like... well guess were moving then.. but then after work..HELLLLLO :eek: it hit me.. umm what if they dont let him parol tome.. we arnt married or anything. and i NNEDDDDDDDDD to find this out before i up and move my fat butt and all my hevy stuff! :blah: LMAO so if anyone has any numbers PLEASE let me know... Thanks So much yall...

I don't know .. but ... from what I understand from MyGuy they will basically verify he has a place to go .. and that no other "criminals" or convicts live in the home. As far as the apartment complex saying it's a "crime free" neighborhood .. my immediate response would have been .. HE DID HIS TIME!! :blah: I absolutely hate how they sterotype our guys :eek: .. and they will have this hanging over them for ever! My only advantage is I own my home... and no one lives here but me and my 17 yr old son ...

Maybe your man can get you some more information regarding the stipulations on where he can be parolled to. Good Luck! :thumbsup:

check the adoc site as they list the requirements for who they can be released to .. it is confusing ... does he have other family there. ??

I need help as well little one, i am in the same situation. Anthony can't live with me because of this crime free environment. Not sure what is going to happen now. Because he said he will not live apart from me, but I don't want him to break parole either. Please someone help us!!!!!!!!!

well gang I was told that when i moved in where I am but I am not worrying about it it aint in writting
But I am on section 8 and they told me not to worry until he is OUT then report him living with me
