DLM: I have been a Cooking Forum Leader for the last several months. I am Canadian and as there are so many other PTO members from all over the world I think it will be really interesting to add as many international recipes and holiday traditions etc. as we can to this Forum! I love researching recipes and one of my hobbies is collecting old cookbooks so please ask if you are looking for some old recipe from your childhood etc - I will do my best to look for it!

I am so happy to welcome Nuro's Wife to the Cooking Forum!:) I am sure you all know her as she has already been so active around this Forum.

Nuro's Wife: My love for cooking is a fairly new one. I have always loved trying new foods and experimenting with flavors; but that experience was mostly limited to dining out. Most recently I have delved into the world of actually trying to recreate some of those restaurant delicacies at home and even creating some delicacies of my own. :) I have an affinity for gourmet cooking; but enjoy the simple, down home favorites too. I hope to be a great help to DLM who has been doing a wonderful job in this forum.

I love that idea!! I really enjoy eating out (and having someone else cook:thumbsup: ) but it's so expensive. The next best thing is trying to do it yourself at home!
