Here is another article about a judge who seems fed up with the federal sentencing guidelines. He declared them unconstitutional. He postponed some of his cases until it can be ruled on. The article says that courts across the country are being thrown into a turmoil because of this. Good! Maybe it will open some eyes to the unfairness. We can hope can't we?
