I can tell you no inmate that I know of anywhere has internet access.
I could be wrong but don't think so.

Welcome to PTO!!

oklahoma department of correction prohibit access to the internet. We are not even suppose to send them any print outs with an internet address on it. EWCC is very strict on this.
