Starting to look really bad for the Prosecution..

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — A juror dismissed from Scott Peterson's murder trial Wednesday blasted the prosecutors' case as weak and so boring it was "driving me nuts" and said he would have acquitted the fertilizer salesman if given the chance to vote. "He's innocent. They haven't shown me one thing that proves he did it," Falconer told Court TV minutes after a judge booted him, apparently for listening to friends' accounts of the press coverage.
