Well, it just came up on the O'reilly Factor a few minutes ago...
Apparently the Detective that was on the stand today has now admitted that he deleted parts of an interview about Lacey knowing that Scott Peterson actually had that boat.
The prosecution's has said that Lacey never saw or knew about the boat that Scott had but guess what!? The lady that owned the warehouse where the boat was kept stated/testified(?) that Lacey was there with Scott the day before she disappeared and used her restroom. Further, she said that Lacey had to shimmy between the boat and the wall to get to the restroom... This all goes down to how her hair could have possibly gotten there. Looks like the hair evidence is out the window and the prosecution is not looking good.
This is real BS... Sounds to me like the police knew she had been around that boat but were covering it up... So much for a fair playing field.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — In a blow to prosecutors, a police investigator conceded Thursday that he deliberately failed to mention a witness who contradicts crucial elements of the capital murder case against Scott Peterson (search (http://clickit.go2net.com/search?cid=307797&site=srch&area=is.clicktracking&shape=link&cp=info.foxnws&clickurl=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.foxnews.com%2Finfo.fo xnws%2Fredirs_all.htm%3Fpgtarg%3Dwbsdogpile&ext_qcat=web&ext_qkw=Scott%20Peterson)).
